FlyUnder VPN - Help & Support

Unlike other VPN services, FlyUnderVPN is designed with security as the main focus. That’s why we never ask you for you email address.

Upon signing up, you will be given a random auto generated username and password – please save it somewhere for future use.

We do not track or record your personal information or internet activity, and therefore, we are unable to disclose this information to third parties.
If you have lost your account credentials, please email us at support@flyundervpn.com and verify your billing information to recover your username/password.

If you’re no longer happy with FlyUnderVPN, you can delete your account at any time by logging into your account and going into account settings or email us at support@flyundervpn.com

If you paid with your credit card, log into your account and look for Payments.

If you paid via PayPal, the Google Play store, or the iOS App Store, you need to change your payment details with those specific payment providers. For instructions on how to update payment details with one of those providers, please select the following: PaypalAppleGoogle Play

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7 day refund policy – no questions asked!

You can request a refund by contacting us at support@flyundervpn.com

Please note, if you purchased your subscription via iTunes/Apple App Store or other third-party resellers, your purchase is subject to the reseller’s refund policies. Contact them to inquire further.

You can upgrade your plan at any time through the app or by visiting the plans page for unlimited content unblocking and faster VPN speeds.

There, you’ll be able to choose the type of subscription you’d like to upgrade to and follow the prompts to upgrade.

If you’re currently subscribed to a premium FlyUnderVPN plan, you can upgrade your subscription by logging into your account and going into “My Plan” option.

There you’ll see the option to change or cancel your subscription.

If you paid via Android or iOS and would like to change your subscription type, contact us at support@flyundervpn.com

Subscriptions purchased on the FlyUnderVPN Website

If you subscribed through our website, log into your account and select the “My Plans” option. There you’ll see the option to change or cancel your subscription.

Click “cancel” and run through the steps. You should receive a confirmation email when the cancellation has been processed.

Subscriptions purchased through mobile app stores (iTunes & Google Play)

If you have an iOS subscription, see this article for instructions on how to cancel. If you have a Google Play subscription, check out this article instead.

After cancelling your subscription, you’ll still have access to your unlimited data until the end of your subscription period. 

NOTE:
 Cancelling your subscription will not automatically trigger a refund.
